Especially interested in: I write for Alex Claremont-Diaz/Henry Fox in the Red White & Royal Blue fandom, as well as for TK Strand/Carlos Reyes in 911 Lone Star. I love writing AUs -- historically based ones in particular; the joke tag is "what happens when you give a historian an Ao3." I'm okay with in-canon/post-canon things, but it isn't my strongest area. I love writing layers of friendships and family dynamics around a romantic relationship; world-building (to some degree), exploring how relationships grow/change/adapt, and a little (or big) dash of smut to round it all out. Be forewarned though: I'm a porn WITH plot kind of person, so know I'll be building something around a sex scene if that's something you'd like in your story.

Unwilling to address: Things I Don't Do: major character deaths (i.e. the main couple), animal deaths, rpf, mpreg, graphic violence/gore, incest, A/B/O, non-con/dub-con, watersports/scat play, heavy kink negotiation (it's not my wheelhouse and I wouldn't want to write something damaging or hurtful by accident).

Also: I'm not the best at kidfics. I can absolutely write characters as children or interacting with, say, nieces/nephews/students/etc., but in terms of characters being parents? The times I've tried have always left something to be desired. So not a hard no, but just be aware that it isn't my strong suit.

Other notes: I used to write professionally, and how I work reflects that. I am comfortable with prompts ranging from one word to a few sentence summary, but I do like to have some room to work organically. I use the "road trip" philosophy -- give me a destination and/or checkpoints along the way, and I'll make sure we get there happily. I work particularly well with vague prompts, so if all you've got is a "vibe" or a color scheme or even just the chorus of a song, I can work with that. I also don't mind a little conversation to make sure you get what you're looking for -- I'm reachable on tumblr orchidscriprt and you are more than welcome to message me there if you've got questions.
