Fan labor details: I'm happy to offer whatever level of feedback my author prefers, ranging from simple SPaG all the way to giving suggestions if you're stuck and helping brainstorm plot development. I can also tell you what works for me and what doesn't, and why. I take an encouraging approach and love to help other writers. If there is a specific type of beta'ing you're looking for, you're also welcome to DM me and ask.

Relevant background/experience: I've only beta'd once before, but I absolutely loved it. More broadly, I took several years of Latin with a focus on grammar as a teenager, and English was one of my favorite classes in college. I love catching typos in respected national newspapers! I'm passionate about writing as an art form, and want to help your words convey the story in your head.

Especially interested in: I have a particular fondness for M/M pairings, enemies to lovers, sex before feelings, angst, time travel, canon-compliant and canon-divergent stories, and mythical creature or cryptid AUs. Beyond those, however, I’m broadly happy to work with most genres, romance or gen, and am happy to edit for ships I’m not familiar with.

Unwilling to address: I'm not willing to work with x reader stories, stories that have explicit het scenes, or stories with explicit scenes involving PIV regardless of the genders involved. I won't edit stories with eating disorders, scat, emetophilia, or consensual BDSM. I'm okay with most other kinks including the AO3 Archive Warnings, but please ask if in doubt.

Other Notes: I can also offer characterization and voice feedback for my offered fandoms, with caveats for Marvel comics. I'm most well-versed in Moon Knight, Venom, and Loki, and have varying levels of familiarity with many other comics characters as well. Feel free to DM if you have specific characters in mind, and I can tell you whether I can provide this kind of feedback for them.
