Sakarrie's offerings:
Sakarrie Auction #1
Organizations this auction benefits: Bidder's choice of any of the listed groups (See full list.)
Type of fanwork: Written fanwork
Subtype(s): fan
fiction (new)
Fandom(s): Carmen Sandiego (2019),
Undertale
Highest rating: M
Length/scope: Less
than 5k words.
Minimum Bid: $5
Especially interested in: For Carmen Sandiego, I prefer to focus on Player and his relationships (particularly with Carmen) and would like to stick with canon-compliant/adjacent/minorly divergent stories. For Undertale, I'd like to keep it Sans and/or Papyrus centric. I'm fine with any of the canon routes/canonical exploration, but the only full AU I'm offering this year is Handplates (by zarla on tumblr).
Unwilling to address: Gen works only, meaning no focus on romantic relationships please! I'd also like to avoid sexual topics, recreational drug use, gore past TV-14 level, eye injuries, reader/self-inserts, major OCs, and suicide attempts (though ideation is fine). Specifically for Handplates AU, all canonical eye trauma stuff is fine to be addressed. Regardless of fandom, please remember these are very short fics, so your prompt needs to be able to fit in 300-600 words!
Other notes: REMINDER: These fics will be around 300-600 words and written in snippet-style, which means I'll be immediately jumping to the meat of the scene without much build or resolution. For example, if you request "Carmen confronts Player about having nightmares." then the fic will cut straight to their conversation, rather than showing the nightmare being addressed or the aftermath of their talk. There's a very reasonable chance that I'll go over 600 words, but the prompt should be able to reasonably fit within that scope. If you have any questions or want to check if your idea would work, feel free to reach out to me at the email above!
Auctions run from 8:00AM EST, 5 March 2024, to 8:00PM EST, 9 March
2024. Bids before or after this period are invalid and will not be
counted. If you would like to bid on this auction:
Step 1: Check the bidding spreadsheet to find out what the current high bid is. (Note: It may take up to five minutes for a bid to appear.)
Step 2: Fill out the creator's bidding form with a bid that is higher than the current high bid. If you want to make it harder for someone to outbid you, bid higher! We will NOT notify you if someone outbids you. If you would like to track changes to this bidding sheet, select Tools -> Notification Settings. Email notifications may not be immediate, so we do not recommend relying on them near the end of the auction period. Bookmark this sheet so you can check it manually. FTH will only notify you if you are the high bidder after the auctions end.
